Beatriz has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (NDA, MoU, joint venture contracts, business development contracts, among others), construction contracts (EPC, EPCM, IPP [PPA / WPA], BOP), operation and maintenance, as well as all types of existing financing contracts under the framework of a Project Finance scheme. Likewise, she has drafted the legal and administrative documentation and coordinated the presentation of bids to national and international public and private tenders. Beatriz has led teams advising on international transactions related to a large number of technologies and infrastructures, among which are:

From various positions of responsibility, she has provided legal advice in numerous relevant projects in the area of Construction and Industrial Engineering in the energy sector and national and international infrastructures for environmental sustainability (mainly in Central America, Africa and Europe).
