He is Director of the Department of International Relations of the Madrid Bar Association (ICAM), where he coordinates and manages the relations/activities between ICAM and international institutions, organizations of lawyers, arbitration courts, mediation centers, as well as other legal activities.

In its institutional activity, his role consists in developing the internationalization of the ICAM members –e.g., offering opportunities for academic or work stays in other countries–, promoting the Madrid legal profession, reinforcing ICAM's presence and relations with international legal organizations, as well as strengthening networking between lawyers from different countries.

Since the outset of his career, Victor has closely been linked to the national and international business arena, especially in the sectors of foreign trade, transport and tourism.

He has carried out intermediation functions in operations of sales of goods, foreign currency, commodities and infrastructure projects for 8 years. Moreover, Victor has actively participated in the creation of an international import/export network extended to countries such as Saudi Arabia, Uruguay, Canada, Peru, Mexico, USA, Qatar, Australia, Paraguay and China.
